Emma is a senior associate in our Plano office. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Magna Cum Laude, from Texas Tech University in 2017 and her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in May 2020.
While in law school, Emma served on the Board of Editors of the Science and Technology Law Review, was an executive board member for the Association of Public Interest Law, and was honored to be included in the Dallas Women Lawyers Association 2018 summer leadership class.
In addition to her two clerkships with our firm, she interned for the Honorable Bill Whitehill, Texas Court of Appeals – Fifth District, the Northern District of Texas’s Bankruptcy Court and the State Bar of Texas’s Chief Disciplinary Counsel. Emma also clerked for Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP processing visa requests for experiential hires.
Emma is admitted to practice in the the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Council of School Attorneys.
