Caitlin M. Hodge

Caitlin Hodge is a Senior Associate in our Plano office. Her legal career is a model demonstrating a commitment to public service and justice.

Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Texas A&M University in 2013. Caitlin then earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas in 2017 where she served as Lead Articles Editor for the Thurgood Marshall Law Review.

In her recent role with the Arlington City Attorney’s Office, she served as an Assistant Police Legal Advisor where she provided guidance on legal processes, meticulously reviewing search warrants, responding to open record requests and providing comprehensive trainings for law enforcement personnel.

Prior to this, Caitlin was a trial attorney at the Law Offices of Chrysti Bryant and Lisa Chastain & Associates in Dallas. As a Trial Defense Attorney, she represented insurance companies in personal injury cases.

However, it was Caitlin’s foundational experiences as an intern in the Tarrant, Dallas, and Harris County District Attorney’s Offices and her position as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney at Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office that were integral in shaping her legal perspective and prosecutorial expertise. These formative years were spent honing skills in trial preparation, case summarization, grand jury preparation and active courtroom participation, establishing the groundwork for future successes.

Caitlin is a member of the J.L. Turner Legal Association and L. Clifford Davis Legal Association. In addition to her legal accomplishments, she also is active in service-based organizations such as the Junior League of Dallas and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
