Regan is an Associate in our Plano office.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, graduating summa cum laude, from Austin College in 2021. Regan then received his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2023.
With parents who are educators, Regan blends his interests in education and intellectual property in his practice. During law school, he interned with the United States Patent and Trademark Office as an intellectual property researcher. He also clerked in areas of intellectual property and corporate law for the Kadem Law Firm, Walmart’s Intellectual Property Department, and Wheeler and Wheeler, P.C.
Regan has been clerking for our firm since 2023 and continued through to his licensure as an attorney.
Regan is admitted to practice in the the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Council of School Attorneys.
