Portal Usage Agreement

1. Non-Transferable Subscriptions: During your subscription, we strictly grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to use the portal. Only the subscribing district may access the portal. Any use in excess of the granted license is strictly prohibited.

2. Restricted Use of Documents and Videos: All documents and videos available on the portal are for the exclusive use of the subscribing district. Sharing these materials outside of the subscribing district is strictly prohibited.

3. Abuse of Sharing: Any abuse of the sharing policy, including unauthorized distribution of documents or videos, will result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund. We retain the right to pursue appropriate legal actions if we find it warranted.

4. Subscription Renewal and Payment: Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Each year your district will be charged the membership fee to ensure uninterrupted access to our extensive library and resources. An invoice will be sent to the purchaser.

5. Terms of Use and Privacy Policies: This portal is subject to the same terms of use and privacy policies outlined on www.edlaw.com.

By subscribing to the portal, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
