Construction Boot Camp II - Advanced Individualized Training
In our morning session, 'What to Expect from Your Architect', learn what your architect can and should do for you. From pre-bond planning through final payment - the possibilities may surprise you. During our afternoon session, 'What to Expect from Your Contractor and Construction Manager', learn about the real role of the contractor and construction manager in the Construction Manager at Risk, Construction Manager-Agent, and General Contractor methods of delivery.
This seminar is appropriate for Board Members, Superintendents, Business Managers and others on your district's construction team.
