Kelly, an associate in our Austin office, received her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law.  She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance also from The University of Texas at Austin.

 

Kelly interned as a law clerk researching and writing legal memoranda on various aspects of school law for the Texas Association of School Boards.  She also interned for the Texas Supreme Court with Justice Nathan Hecht before joining our firm, first as a law clerk and now as an associate. While in law school, Kelly was a member of “Street Law”, an organization for which she created lesson plans and taught high school students about legal rights and issues.  She also served as Managing Editor and Recruitment Coordinator for the Texas Journal of Women and the Law.
