Eric is an associate in our Austin office. He earned his J.D. and undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas. A 2003 Luna Scholar, Eric worked as a legislative intern for Senator Eliot Shapleigh, and returned to work in the Texas Senate during law school. While in law school, Eric served as an associate editor of the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law and Policy and worked on employment matters as part of the Transnational Workers’ Rights Clinic. Eric is also a former Schwartz & Eichelbaum law clerk, having worked with the firm during his last year of law school.
