David P. Hansen argues at the Texas Supreme Court

In this case David is arguing three points: 1. That School Districts cannot be sued under the Texas Labor Code; 2. That when a plaintiff fails to meet statutory deadlines, the suit must be dismissed and; 3. That when a school district proves, in an age discrimination case, that the replacement was actually older than the plaintiff, the case must be dismissed.
