Update on Proposed ADA Amendments Act Regulations
Details

On September 23, 2009, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission issued the new proposed Americans with Disabilities Act regulations. These are the proposed regulations we have been waiting for to provide guidance for implementing the changes to the equal employment provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act made by the ADA Amendments Act of 2008.

There will be a 60 day public comment period, which goes through November 23, 2009. As a result, it is essential for employers to quickly get up to speed on the EEOC proposals. This webinar summarizes the changes to the regulations and provide insight into their significance and how they are likely to impact your operations.
